It all started when...

We originally conceived EXPRESS as an immersive musical for the New York Transit Museum for their PLATFORM series.  We wrote the show in five weeks over the Summer of 2015, and what resulted was a three-part musical about one woman's life in New York.  In this musical triptych, we join our main character in transformative moments in her life in 1946, 1964, and 1992.

The show premiered at the Transit Museum in September 2015 directed by Rose Ginsberg, performed immersively by actors and musicians inside vintage subway cars dating from the 1940s to 1990s.  EXPRESS was remounted at the Transit Museum in April 2017.

The 1946 segment of EXPRESS was featured in Theatre Now New York's SOUND BITES 4.0 Festival on May 29, 2017 at the Signature Center in NYC.

In August, an expanded version of the show was produced as part of New York Film Academy's Summer New Works Series, culminating with a performance on August 5, 2017.
